The Ribcage was started as a food truck in 2016 by founders Kevin Jolley and Anthony Laubscher. We took some time off and decided to open a brick and mortar location, featuring our famous barbecue, bourbon, and beer. Our Pit Master Kevin Jolley takes pride in producing fresh, quality, fall off the bone, southern barbecue. We are family owned and operated. We take just as much pride in our hospitality as we do our barbecue. We want every hungry patron to be able to unwind, have fun, dive in, and get messy.
